Welcome to Busi Sibs Projects (Pty) Ltd. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our products, services, and website. By engaging with our company, purchasing products, or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Products and Services

Busi Sibs Projects (Pty) Ltd designs and manufactures VIP mobile freezers, mobile kitchens, sanitation trailers, and other customized trailers. We also provide consultation, design services, after-sales support, and maintenance.

All products are custom-built to order and subject to client specifications provided at the time of agreement.

3. Quotations and Orders

  • All quotations are valid for 14 days from the date of issue unless stated otherwise.

  • Orders are confirmed upon receipt of a signed quotation and initial deposit (as specified in the quotation).

  • Changes to an order after confirmation may affect pricing and delivery timelines.

4. Payment Terms

  • A deposit (typically 50%) is required before manufacturing begins.

  • The balance is payable upon completion and before delivery or collection.

  • Payments must be made via bank transfer to the details provided on official documentation.

  • Late payments may result in delays or additional storage charges.

5. Delivery and Lead Times

  • Delivery timelines are project-specific and communicated in the quotation or agreement.

  • While we strive to meet agreed deadlines, delays due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., supplier issues, strikes, or weather) may occur.

  • Delivery charges apply unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • Risk of damage or loss transfers to the client upon delivery or collection.

6. Warranty and After-Sales Support

  • Our products come with a 12-month warranty on workmanship and materials (excluding misuse, negligence, or third-party modifications).

  • Warranty claims must be submitted in writing with supporting evidence.

  • After-sales support, including maintenance and repairs, is available at standard service rates unless under warranty.

7. Cancellations and Refunds

  • Orders canceled after deposit payment may incur a cancellation fee based on work already completed.

  • Refunds (if applicable) are processed within 14 business days from the approval of a refund request.

  • Custom products are non-refundable once production has commenced.

8. Intellectual Property

All designs, concepts, and materials provided by Busi Sibs Projects remain the intellectual property of the company unless otherwise agreed in writing.

9. Limitation of Liability

Busi Sibs Projects (Pty) Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from product use, delays, or service interruptions. Liability is limited to the value of the product or service provided.

10. User Conduct and Responsibilities

Users and clients agree to:

  • Provide accurate information during the ordering and design process

  • Use products only for their intended purposes

  • Comply with all local regulations regarding product use (especially mobile units on public property)

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes arising shall be handled in accordance with South African legal procedures.
